For nearly 20 years Amit has worked with some of the top brands in achieving customer experience mastery, ranging from Canada’s largest food service operator, to leading training and culture for a global luxury 5-star hotel brand and serving as strategy lead of customer experiences with Canada’s top luxury automotive manufacturer. 

As Founding Mentor of The X Mentor Group, Amit’s leadership and unique consulting style fosters employee empowerment, operational improvement, strengthening relationships and delivering memorable customer experiences.
